We ship all orders directly from our Mumbai fulfillment center across India using reputed express logistics partners (including Delhivery, BlueDart, and DTDC).
• Order Processing: Orders are verified, quality-checked, and packaged within 24 to 48 hours of placement.
• Metro Cities: Delivery takes 3 to 4 business days in major metros (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad).
• Rest of India: Delivery typically takes 4 to 6 business days depending on destination PIN code.
• Order Tracking: As soon as your order is dispatched, a real-time tracking link is shared with you via SMS, WhatsApp, and email.

2. Shipping Rates & Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Free Shipping: All orders of ₹499 and above qualify for 100% Free Express Delivery across India.
• Standard Shipping Fee: For orders below ₹499, a nominal flat shipping fee of ₹60 is applied at checkout.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available on all serviceable PIN codes throughout India. You can pay cash or scan the courier partner’s UPI QR code upon arrival at your doorstep.

3. 7-Day Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Her Jewels pieces. If your jewellery arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, you can request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery.
• Eligibility: Items must be unworn, undamaged, with original tags intact, and in the original Her Jewels luxury packaging.
• Doorstep Reverse Pickup: Our team will arrange a courier pickup right from your delivery address at no extra cost to you.
• How to Request: Simply email us at connect@herjewels.in or message us on WhatsApp at +91 63903 01329 with your Order ID and photos of the piece.

4. Refund Process
Once your returned package reaches our warehouse and undergoes standard quality inspection (within 24 hours of arrival):
• Prepaid Orders: Refund is initiated immediately back to your original source (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, NetBanking) and reflects within 3 to 5 banking days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Our customer support will contact you to transfer the full refund directly to your Bank Account via NEFT/IMPS or your registered UPI ID within 48 hours.
