Yes! Our jewellery is 100% waterproof and sweatproof. You can wear your rings, chains, and earrings daily without worrying about water damage. After swimming in chlorinated or saltwater pools, we recommend rinsing with fresh tap water and patting dry with a soft cloth.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours from our Mumbai fulfillment center. Deliveries to metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata) typically take 3 to 4 business days. Other destinations across India take 4 to 6 business days. You will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Shipping is completely FREE on all orders of ₹499 and above. For orders under ₹499, a nominal flat delivery charge of ₹60 is applied at checkout.

We provide a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or does not meet your expectations, simply reach out to us. We will arrange a free reverse pickup directly from your doorstep.

For COD orders, once the returned piece passes quality inspection, our team will contact you to transfer the full refund directly to your Bank Account (via NEFT/IMPS) or your UPI ID within 48 hours.
